It aims at contributing to the intellectual, cultural and economic renaissance of Bihar. What is Bihar, I never heard of Bihar ? Person, Creature, Book, Idea, Film ?Bihar is a state in India. The 3rd largest in population and youngest in demographic profile. Economically backward but on the path to revival after decades and centuries of stagnation. What is Bihar Society ?Bihar Society is a NGO registered in USA but with global scale of operations. We are inspired by Ashoka, Asia Society, Japan Society, Wikipedia, OpenSource, AIF and similar global orgs that have made a significant impact. Our goal is to connect Bihar with rest of world and provide a platoform for cultural,economic & spiritual renaissance of Bihar and in the process also help India,Asia and the planet. Bihar is the heart, mind, soul of Asia.
