As eco conscious stylists with ingredient sensitivities, partners James and Adam knew there was something common among local and national salon chains – they all carry products that contain harmful ingredients and have internal habits that are not earth friendly. "We knew we wanted to change the salon industry for the better" said James. The couple dreamed of opening a salon that would in their words "Keep you and the planet beautiful."In 2011 their dream came true with the opening of their first full service natural salon named bii, which is short for Beauty Innovations Inc, their corporate identity."We feel a sense of pride knowing that our salon makes every effort to keep our environment pristine and its people safe from harmful ingredients." says Adam. "This is the foundation of bii and you have our commitment that we will never stray from this foundation upon which the company was built."
