Bike Nation operates bike share system which utilize a proprietary bicycle and a modular, solar powered kiosk. We are conducting a 10 kiosk Pilot Program in the City of Anaheim and plan on installing a 4,000 bicycle system to the City of Los Angeles. We are also working with other municipalities throughout the region.A bicycle share system is a self-service kiosk rental system where individuals can rent and return a bicycle anywhere within a network of stations. The project is a private venture with no public funds, providing Angeleno's with a quick, easy, and sustainable way to get around their beautiful city. Bike Nation's bike-share system is state of the art, our bikes feature a chainless drive shaft and airless tires. Our bikes are outfitted with active GPS, which will provide valuable data to consumers and city officials and enables a state of the art load balancing logistical operation. Our kiosks are solar powered and internet connected, and their modular design maximizes flexibility. Bike Nation's bicycles are assembled in Southern California and all of our components are "Buy American Act" compliant. Bike Nation looks forward to implementing Los Angeles' system, and expanding our network to wherever the market takes us.
