For those of you we haven't met yet, let us introduce ourselves. We're Gary Ludwig ("The Beer") and Janice Schorr ("The Brains"). We are the Owners of Biker Beer Brewers. We started brewing Traditional German, and Belgium styles at Home in 2008. Now we want to show people what we can do with our own line of beers. Our goal is to challenge the assumptions of what beer can be while still paying homage to traditional styles.
