Quality Spanish Safety Training Bilingual Safety Education was established with the goal to help employers improve communication to Latino workers and reduce injuries and illnesses in the workplace. Safety training for Latino workers not only reduces the pain and suffering of these workers and their families, it reduces employers' costs of workers' compensation and the exposure to costly OSHA penalties. BSE offers safety courses in Spanish as well as translation services. Our most popular class is the Spanish OSHA 10 hour. Other OSHA required training available includes: Hazcom, forklift certification, boodborne pathogens, and lockout tagout. Our classes incorporate training aids, photos, short videos, and group discussion to maximize effectiveness.
