Enable Governance audit & reporting.Interim management consulting for entrepreneurs seeking to grow their startup businesses - specifically ahead of entry into new market and/or soliciting new funding, often by augmenting the resiliency & scalability of their technology platforms.Example project (yet to be released to market = stealth mode):• Led technical architecture & plans for data-driven personalized healthcare solution.• Mobile application development (React-Native Expo), middleware integration (WSO2), services implementation (Docker/Kubernetes deployment).Partnership with consultancy entities to guide and project manage international expansion of client's services. Applying expertise in de-risking programmes in order to accelerate deal agreement & execution - specifically those involves novel technologies or complex partnerships.Additional activities supporting technology transfer between academia and industry.
