BIMLOD is an international BIM consulting, modeling, training, and engineering service with more than 15 years of experience. We cover many sectors in the construction industry including the residential, commercial, industrial, health, and aged care and infrastructure in Architectural, Structural, MEP disciplines. The high accuracy in our 3D modeling to meet the employer's information requirements is the unique feature of the BIMLOD team. We are ready to incorporate with developers, contractors, architects, builders, and all sectors in the construction space to deliver efficiencies and reduce re-work during the project lifecycle. BIMLOD aims to provide timely and efficient services to meet the needs of our clients to maximize the BIM potential. The BIMLOAD primary focus is on Architectural modeling, steel and concrete structural modeling, HVAC, plumbing/piping, electrical, and Fire Protection modeling with access to state-of-the-art software as well as process automation with Dynamo and API. BIMLOAD coordinates and clash detection the projects using Synchro and Navisworks.
