OUR PROCESS: All projects can benefit from appropriate uses of Building Information Modeling, the implementation of lean principles, and an "a la carte" approach to team building. We first question the existing (traditional) organization, then recommend process improvements to streamline activities, support efficiency, clarify communications and allow educated decision-making. Albert Einstein defined insanity as "doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." We agree... and BIMplement advocates a new way of doing things. BIMplement provides a range of Architecture, Design, Project Management, Construction Administration and post-occupancy services. Depending on project needs, we may serve our clients as an Owners Representative, Architect of Record, Project Manager, Construction Manager or an Independent Contractor. BIMplement was founded in 2010 in the San Francisco Bay Area.
