These studios and services will compose the nucleus of the complex. We will also be providing Accelerator programs for those entrepreneurial spirits needing and deserving a helpful hand. The sphere will be surrounded by variable sizes of software development studio spaces available for lease, in order to accommodate the upcoming influx of AI-AR-IoT companies as demanded by the global, national, and soon to be local economies. Our own MediAR Marketing Labs, Binary Life Studio and ARUX.io (our software development division) will be forging the way for social awareness, and will be the first three companies to call the complex home, splitting the Binary Life Solutions into three major departments:• Binary Life Studios, MediAR Labs, and the soon to be announced ARUX.io will catering to small and medium sized companies, offering separate yet each vitally important AR products to our regional and global communities.• The real estate management services for the InnovAR Center, namely: o The leasing of studio spaces in the InnovAR Center o Booking the time-share access to the various compartments of the R&D studio spaces. o Management and upkeep of the InnovAR Complex• Public relations to create and maintain academic, governmental, and corporate partnerships & relationships, as well as strong Industry Association partnerships in order to facilitate business education & awareness, aid emerging companies with an Accelerator Program, and making Atlantic Canada ready for the rapid uptake of AI-AR-IoT demands.
