BinMadi started its business in 1971 when it was appointed as sole agent for Omax brand watches in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the early years of its business BinMadi focused primarily on Omax brand and developed its image in the Kingdom as one of the high quality brands with an affordable price range. Omax watches business grew with the efforts of BinMadi and an estimated around 50 million Omax watches have been sold by BinMadi since the start of the business. During the 90s, BinMadi traded in many brands such as Seiko, Citizen, Orient, Jovial, and Casio. BinMadi was the largest supplier in all over the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
