BDx is a fitness and wellness firm that specializes in precision training, individual and group instruction, weight loss, conditioning, and muscle balancing. We have developed fitness solutions and programs for individuals and for groups, for teams and for corporations.We are located in the Enterprise Corporate Park in Shelton, CT. Each exercise professional on staff is RTS certified, which is the most advanced and comprehensive exercise biomechanics program in the country. We are the longest-standing MAT practice in New England. In addition, we play an active role in the education of exercise professionals and MAT practitioners nationwide via lectures and hands-on workshops focusing on biomechanics, exercise mechanics, muscle activation techniques, exercise programming and cadaver anatomy.
