BioRob® Tecnologia is a company that combines science and technology to develop innovative solutions aimed at rehabilitation, assistive technologies and high performance. BioRob® was created by researchers from the Biomechanical Engineering laboratories at UFSC and Aquatic Biomechanics at UDESC, in the area of development, validation and proof of the safety and effectiveness of assistive technologies. BioRob®'s technical staff consists of scientists from multiple engineering and physiotherapy with master's and doctoral degrees in mechanical analysis and design, robotics, orthopedic biomechanics and human movement sciences with over 20 years of experience in biomechanics and professionals in electronics, control and automation.
