Our company has been operating on the market of bakery products for over a hundred years. In 1904r. grandfather of Biostar owner Franciszek Krusz started to work as a baker in Łódź. From that moment, the history of the Krusz family is conected with bakery industry. Biostar main interest centres on the process of making doughs for all types of bakery products. Our objective is to facilitate the work of a dough-maker, in particular as regards conducting fermentation processes in compliance with traditional techniques. The present offer features devices for wheat and rye sourdough production, rework liquefying, yeast dissolving and propagation and scalding.
