Why does our society attach so much to the importance of academic performance in school? Why do we focus so much on the tactical and technical development of kids in youth sport? As a society we have developed a series of metrics that evaluate the "performance" of our kids, but what about their human development? Are they being taught to be good people? Are our kids living to their full human potential?Not all boys and girls will go on to study in higher education institutions, most of our youth will never make it as a professional in their chosen sports. Yet all of the will have to be a part of society, they will all have to be good human beings in order to thrive and reach their potential. This is why Biot360 was created; an innovative tool that allows educators, coaches, and mentors to evaluate through quantifiable data the development of our kids. This tool allows us to monitor some of the core values and competencies that our kids are developing in real time, giving us the opportunity to guide them towards their maximum potential as humans, whatever that might be for each one of them. Our objective is and will always be a holistic education, and we believe that understanding our kid's individual and collective needs, will make for a more efficient and effective education.
