To disseminate scientific knowledge among the students.2. To encourage interest in science & technology.3. To provide opportunities and facilities to support scientific interest.4. To publish proceedings, journals, memories, transaction & other publication on scientific subject.5. To hold conference, symposia, seminar workshop, lecture etc. on scientific topics of national & international importance.6. To manage scholarship for the students interested in going abroad.7. To manage program arranged by department.
