BioWatt Site Services provides project management, CDM role support, site management, co-ordination and interface/ integration management of complex construction projects - especially Anaerobic Digestion Facilities.EPC-style single point contracts are increasingly viewed as inappropriate for AD projects, which cannot stand the additional costs that the "wrap" presents. As a result, strong project management of key contractors is essential. BioWatt Site Services is led by and made up from construction industry veterans, with specialisms in interface management, contract management, commercial management and health & safety. BioWatt is currently managing the construction of a 75,000 TPA anaerobic digestion facility and is in pre-construction works for 3 further large-scale biomethane to grid projects, to begin work in 2018.
