Birch Grove Films was founded by Hollywood film director Michael Campus. He is best known for his cult film classic ‘The Mack' starring Richard Pryor and Max Julian. In 2007, Campus teamed up with ‘Painter of Light' Thomas Kinkade to produce and direct the holiday heart warmer ‘The Christmas Cottage' starring Peter O'Toole, Jared Padilacki and Oscar winner Marsha Gay Hardin. His other classic films include 'The Education of Sonny Carson', the science fiction thriller 'ZPG' and the controversial 'The Passover Plot'. The studio is currently committed to preserving his classic films and producing several properties that were in development. Mr. Campus was a member of the Writer's Guild of America, the Director's Guild of America, and was a member of the Directors Branch of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
