Bird's Eye View (BEV) is a sole proprietorship operated by Kurt Menke, GISP. BEV is located in Albuquerque, New Mexico and has been in business since June, 2000. In addition to Kurt Menke, BEV employs Sarah Reynolds as an office manager and utilizes several sub-contractors as needed. BEV is a full service Geographic Information System consulting business providing services in: cartography, instruction/training, web development, spatial analysis and data creation. The clientele of BEV include federal, state and municipal agencies, private firms and not-for-profits. BEV uses software packages such as, ArcInfo ArcGIS, GRASS GIS, Quantum GIS, MapWindow GIS, MapServer, PostGIS, Adobe Illustrator and Google Earth to deliver value added products to its clientele.
