My services include:• Design and Installation: End-to-end design and project coordination for conference room, event spaces, and other corporate, event, and educational spaces. Serve as liaison to architects, construction trades, business stakeholders, end users, and the AV installation company.• Service and Support Planning: Analysis of current environment and creation of a long term service and support plans that fits the needs of the customer. Includes SLA definition, contract negotiation with support companies, asset and incident system implementation, attending QBRs, and data analysis for service improvement.• Life Cycle Planning: Create standardized room system designs based on customer feedback, hardware specifications, warranty information, and business requirements. Set standards for hardware repair and replacement timeline as well as firmware and software update schedules.• Project Management: Provide a single point of communication for customers on AV installation or IT-related service implementation projects. Attendance of all meetings, create schedules and reports, and track budgets.
