Opened in 2004 by Pablo Flack and David Waddington, Bistrotheque occupies 6000sq ft of unmarked warehouse down a back street somewhere between Hackney and Bethnal Green. Serving dinner seven nights a week, brunch at weekends and on bank holidays, the menu is a mix of classic and seasonal dishes all under the watchful eye of Executive Chef Blaine Duffy. Our weekend brunches are lively and bustling accompanied by Xavior on our baby grand piano.Fruits de Mare Street sees Executive Chef Blaine Duffy cooking up a one-night-only bar menu using the best fish and seafood available to him that day. A weekly stream of creative consciousness on a plate with Xavior on the piano. Fruit de Mare Street returns for the Autumn season, starting on Thursday 6th September and running weekly until Thursday 22nd November. The private dining room, on the ground floor of Bistrotheque accommodates dinner parties, and dos, birthday brunches and lunches.
