Bite is all about food. We want to eat it, serve it, prepare it, talk about it, teach it, live it and love it. Our mandate is to connect our customers back to the food that they eat. We want to find the products that would normally dominate a grocery basket and replace them with those that have a story. Our method as a grocery store is a different than anyone else. We are focused on taking a simple ingredient and taking it through the entire process. We find the farmer, the cheese maker, the rancher, the coffee grower, the jam maker, the fisherman, the chocolatier or whoever does their job the best bring their product to the store and use it every way we can think of. We find the product, add our expertise and passion then share what we can do and encourage others to do the same. We are here to tell the customer not only what the ingredient is, but where it is from, why it is best, and teach them how we use it and how they can use it. Education is the key and Bite's class is in session.
