Fundeghera 1939 is the brand created by Mattia Vita and Luca Vita, great-grandsons of Natale Mario Vita, who opened a same-named grocery in 1939. He decided then to start doing experiments on vermouth, liquors and bitter spirits that he used to serve to his closest friends on Sunday. At first, the family business was run by his son Silvano, who was focused on a large-scale distribution of wine, and then by his nephew Giordano, who started to make alcoholic and non-alcoholic products for the bartender's world again, following the steps of his grandfather and conveying the passion to his sons that, nowadays, are honoring the legacy. The union of two great companies like Farmily Spirits and Fundeghera 1939 created Bitter Fusetti. This Bitter will incredibly revolutionize your way of drinking. It's a brand new product and our customers are already crazy about it. It doesn't matter if you drink it neat or mixed, you will love it either way. You can drink it in traditional cocktails like the Americano or the Negroni or mixed with Amber Vermouth, coffee liquor and mezcal in order to create our reinterpretation Negroni del Marinaio (Sailor's Negroni). And why not? Just shaken it's great as well!We have many ingredients in this Bitter, but none of them is a part of it without a purpose. Some bitter spices that we can find are: Gentian, Rhubarb, Chinchona and, as a special ingredient, Quassia. Since we wanted a balanced hint of acidity in our product, we thought that Chinotto and Bitter Orange would be the perfect solution for this role.It is the perfect bitter for your bar since it has more relevant and dedicated perfumes than the other bitters on the market, without sacrificing the most important flavour: the bitterness!
