Our mission is to provide customized wellness services for employees to transform their health, thereby creating a healthier and much happier workplace. Services We Provide:Health Risk Assessment (HRA)One of the first things BizFit will do is offer your employees a Health Risk Assessment (HRA). Each employee will use a secure portal to answer health-related questions. Upon completion, BizFit provides the employee a report describing personal health risk based on a unique health-algorithm. The HRA highlights health risks and assists in planning health promotion activities. The employer receives HRA aggregate data for monitoring and evaluation. Biometric Screenings BizFit also provides biometric screenings (blood pressure, cholesterol, blood glucose, and BMI) for evaluation.Wellness CoachingYour employees will receive one-on-one personalized wellness coaching based upon the results of their Health Risk Assessment. BizFit Wellness Coaches will then guide employees in creating a customized wellness vision for their lives, identifying key health issues to address, selecting BizFit Wellness Classes, and setting specific wellness goals. Wellness Classes BizFit Wellness Classes are evidence-based and specifically tailored to help your employees meet their goals. Classes Offered:Stress ManagementHeart Disease DiabetesHealthy EatingExerciseFree Tobacco Cessation Classes from AHEC!Evaluation Progress reports will be provided quarterly and a final report at year's end. Program activities will be evaluated for:-Employee Satisfaction-Participation-Improvement in Knowledge-Intent to Change Behavior-Actual Changes in Behavior-Health risk
