BizTrain is a full service Learning Management System (LMS) and Instructional Design organisation.We, in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector, have become so fixated on maintaining regulatory compliance, that we add layer upon layer of excessive information, all in the name of risk mitigation.Yet, when it comes to fulfilling our learners' needs, every additional layer we add also adds a further layer of complexity to their learning and assessment experience.At BizTrain, we engage a customer centric approach to online course development. Whilst we must ensure our products are compliant against the Standards for RTOs 2015, we equally believe that training and assessment shouldn't be complex. And, we believe when it comes to contemporary online learning, less is more. With BizTrain's responsive LMS and contemporary instructional design methodology, as opposed to looking for unnecessary information to add, we critically search for irrelevant things to remove.Our philosophy is simple. Instead of being reactive, we're proactive. We're committed to developing training products and solutions that satisfy the wants and needs of ultimate consumers (learners), as well RTOs and regulators.Our mission is to furnish learners with training products they actually want, rather than force-feeding them with products we think they should have.We've listened to online learners, and we know that if we can do this successfully, we actually remove the need to push, harass and badger learners from commencement, right the way through to completion.
