BK Consulting was incorporated in 2008 in Charlotte, North Carolina. Our engineering team is comprised of licensed Professional Engineers, Certified Commissioning Authority and LEED Accredited Professionals. We have extensive experience in a wide variety of projects including acute healthcare facility design, high rise office and retail complexes, mission critical data centers, national archive facilities, schools and universities, hotels, restaurants and design build. Our engineering services lead to superior design, efficiency of operation, and ease of management. Our staff of engineers and designers will structure each project with a comprehensive focus on content, plan design, and contract delivery. We understand the importance of properly coordinated and fully detailed drawings and their impact on both project schedule and cost. Our design process ensures a functional, dependable infrastructure for even the most complicated facility. Our goal is to exceed your expectations. Each project will have Principal leadership involvement. The engineer of record stays involved throughout the construction of the project and remains the point of contact for the owner & construction team. All questions and field issues are handled promptly and engineers are available to be on site as requested. The project schedule is constantly monitored, along with the quality of all documentation, and our team is very proactive in addressing inevitable issues that arise during construction.
