BTSN exists to increase the representation of black commercial professionals working in the technology industry.Alongside helping black professionals and young people, we work with companies to generate tangible changes to their ethnic makeup.Our approach is based on three elements: recruitment facilitation, education and engagement, and brand awareness.There's undeniable value in creating more lines of communication between employers and black talent, but the only way a lasting change in black representation will occur is if our collective understanding and perception of black talent is continuously improved, and is unbiased in nature.
