Being a new player in the game of the Formula Student competitions, the goal of the Black Forest Formula Team (BFFT) of UAS Offenburg is to develop an electric race car from scratch.Starting in August 2019 with a handful of students we now established an interdisciplinary team of over 55 bachelor & master students working in several disciplines, including mechanical and electrical engineering, media, finance and project management. Our team is structured into three subteams which all act according to the project management method scrum. We all share two goals: Goal 1: Setting up a drivable racing car by autumn 2020 and participating in first events at the end of the year.Goal 2: Establishment of a stable team structure that will outlast and continue even after our graduation.These goals and to always improve our own processes and knowledge is our motivation to strive forward.
