We source our beans through "ethical" traders who work directly with farmers to receive the highest quality coffee, and to insure every person along the chain is treated with dignity and respect. It is our job to make sure that this coffee which has been handled with such care, is then roasted to its best flavor profile and brewed to our best ability.
