Blank Slate Group was created in 2016, by Culinaria Group Principals Greg Grossman & Evan Finkelstein, to provide an end to end management solution for our home grown restaurant operations. It's focus will be to utilize cutting edge technology and resources to optimize the day to day operations of our business'. The complete solution Blank Slate Group provides will focus on key areas which are traditionally a burden for most small and mid-sized operators. By removing time consuming back office administrative work from an individual restaurant unit, the forward facing management team members can direct their energy towards providing increased guest engagement. The ever-changing environment of compliance issues, regulatory changes and liability issues can be analyzed, while best practices can be implemented by actively monitoring and improving our policies and procedures amongst all of our operations. Integrated systems designed to deliver tools on the forefront of technology in the hospitality business, allow us to accurately manage bottom line revenue in real time by leveraging the power of 21st century data.
