Our goal is to make the wedding planning a fun, enjoyable and stress- free experience. Let us make your vision a reality! I specialize in the Caribbean dishes, American dishes as well as infused dishes from Italians. If you have special dietary needs I am able to accommodate such as food allergies and dietary restrictions. This includes shellfish allergies, peanut allergies, non-dairy, gluten-free, diabetic-friendly, and both vegan and vegetarian. I can also accommodate special requests in time for the special day.We are a green caterer and all our foods are either organic or all natural and made from scratch by our executive chef. The following list contains our most popular seasonal items available in the listed package pricing. These items are available for tasting at our group tastings held quarterly. We are capable of creating any culinary delight that inspires you.
