The BLOCK Corporation owns and operates small and medium commercial / industrial businesses across the U.S. and serves as the primary for-profit arm in the Block family of companies. We provide executive business management and shared resources for the enterprise and industry divisions of the company. Our ENTERPRISE division is comprised of commercial entertainment, finance, hospitality, logistics, management, retail, wholesale, professional services and technology corporations. Our INDUSTRIES sector provides industrial energy, manufacturing and healthcare-related products and services. Our organization was originally formed as an independent company named Red Block Enterprises in 2006. We were acquired by the Red Block Company in 2015, renamed the Red Block Corporation and strategically aligned as the sole for-profit subsidiary within the Block family of companies. We presently serve as the largest subsidiary known as the BLOCK Corporation owned by The BLOCK Company.
