We are a boutique accounting firm that has provided quality tax services for over 25 years, primarily serving high net-worth individuals from Silicon Valley's high-tech or venture capital business sectors. Our client list also includes several large partnerships, trusts and corporations. We provide Estate Planning, Family Wealth Preservation, Family Wealth Building, Personal & Business Tax, Consulting, and Bookkeeping services. We also specialize in the income taxation of business entities such as Limited Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies (LLCs), S Corporations & C Corporations.We are dedicated to providing our customers with exceptional client service, customized specifically for their individual or business needs. We are quality professionals who work hard to provide our clients with the right tax, accounting, and business knowledge to help them accomplish their goals & objectives.Our Founder, Brian Blockhus, earned his Business degree and M.B.A. from U.C. Berkeley and his Masters of Science in Taxation from Golden State University in San Francisco. He worked for Deloitte in San Jose for 9 years, and then in 1991, left Deloitte to form his own successful tax practice. His two top senior managers have similar education backgrounds and prior C.P.A. industry experience with Deloitte or Price Waterhouse. One has been with the firm for the past 25 years and the other for the past 16 years. Our team also includes four highly qualified Tax Associates.
