We are a boutique company that provides a friendly and down to earth service to our clients looking to renovate. Both Directors have qualifications in design, construction and engineering (over 30 years combined!) and we provide services including:- Preliminary home inspections, including design and high level budgeting advice prior to purchasing a fixer-upper or to your existing property;- Design advice to current Australian Design and Building Standards;- Interior design services including mood-boards, full 3D renders and fly-throughs;- Access to our network of consultants, builders, tradies and suppliers;- Construction management services including contract advice and variation negotiations;- Defect management.This business is our passion project that we do outside of our day jobs - just because we love it.Let's chat when you're ready!
