We began in 2014 and have developed a strong reputation thanks to an excellent understanding of our clients' needs.I have worked in fundraising at senior management /director level for 17 years, and picked up valuable marketing experience prior to that in the commercial sector (Reebok, Shell, Mars). I've found that the finding the right answer to any marketing/fundraising problem is done first by understanding the wider strategic threats and opportunities facing an organisation, and once these have been identified, striking the right tactical balance between ‘effectiveness' and ‘efficiency' with the fundraising methods available. Improved fundraising performance - i.e. coming up with more effective ways to acquire donors and retain them for longer - coupled with more efficient fundraising approaches which result in costs being cut (even marginally), boosts Return-On-Investment gains, thereby providing more income to spend on charity programmes - the ultimate aim of the fundraising discipline. One complaint many people have about consultants is that they can be disruptive. Employees fear outside consultants coming in and destroying the workflow. Our clients face no such issues.
