We all experience problems for time to time. But, when problems interfere with the life you want to lead, therapy can help. My goal is to be of service to you when you're experiencing pain or difficulty in life. By helping you transform and reach your potential, you can improve your life and also positively influence those around you.I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship issues, depression, trauma, addiction, low self esteem and other life difficulties. We can work together to help you attain what you need and want from life. Life challenges are opportunities to transform, grow and bloom to your full potential. My orientation to therapy is humanistic and positive in nature and my approach can vary depending on your needs. For example, I may suggest work that is experiential or cognitively based. Therapy can include non-religious, spiritual practices of meditation, yoga and energy work (e.g. Chakra balancing). Body centred techniques may also be beneficial.Therapy is challenging and rewarding. We will work together to identify your goals for therapy and work against these goals.
