Back Home to Blossom, a faith-based 501 (c)3 nonprofit organization doing business as Blossom Care Network (BCN), is committed to leveraging its network of trained volunteers and pro-bono professionals, in-kind donors and fundraisers, Blossom Care Network's goal is to provide vital services to the most desperate of Colorado's children. In addition, we identified an acute need for continued support after the survivor leaves foster care, to ensure that they do not return to their previous lifestyle. Services will include ongoing mentorship, scholastic support, therapies, and other needs.
