What does B.L. stand for? For me: Beki Liang. It also stands for Bodies4Life. The vision behind my fitness concept. The reason, I believe, people should train for. You have a body, you're an athlete-life is the sport.I SEE: An individual with the capability to live their life without questioning if their body will be strong enough to endure life's bumps and bruises as they age. An individual who isn't afraid to join in that hike or run or swim or walk due to physical in capabilities. An individual confident, standing tall and proud because they know they have consciously made the best decision to keep their bodies and minds healthy and fit. An individual finding love and passion for life again through fitness and health. I PROMISE: To provide each client with the most effective and up to date fitness knowledge and tools to enhance their life training. Keeping up dated with new fitness discoveries to pass along and teach to clients. Up-holding the highest level of passion in what we do that will be interpreted through our actions, what we say and how we think. To be a motivator and a leader to all clients should they ever feel themselves straying off course. To embrace life and what it means to be physically able and to open clients to the same ideas. Treat all clients on an individual basis – putting the 'personal' back into personal training.To go beyond training and into teaching clients and how they can take this knowledge and pass it to loved ones.
