Located in South Lake Tahoe, Blue Lake Aikido is a 501.c.3 Non-Profit organization dedicated to teaching Aikido and related arts. The mission of Blue Lake Aikido is to spread the physical and philosophical teachings of the founder of Aikido, Morihei Ueshiba. He believed, and the owners of Blue Lake Aikido believe, that world peace will come about when violence is eliminated. By chosing active non-violence and self-responsibility, students of Blue Lake Aikido will become part of this vision of world peace. We strive together to bring love and light into the world.
