Our firm can help clients navigate and manage this process efficiently and effectively to meet their ultimate goals and objectives. We support clients that may not have the resources, time, or expertise to handle projects on their own.We have over 20 years of experience in the public and private sector managing commercial, institutional, and residential projects.We are located in Central Virginia and are capable of providing services to clients throughout the state.Blue Ridge Project Management was founded by Todd Marshall, a Virginia native with a B.S. in Engineering from Old Dominion University, a MBA from East Carolina University, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Virginia and North Carolina.
