With over 10yrs experience in the property sector, we offer a professional project management service within the commercial property sector. Available for interim contracts or freelance opportunities. Services include: - Leading delivery of projects from inception to completion- Providing professional and technical advice through all stages - Act as single point of contact between client and contractor to ensure seamless communication - Ensuring the most effective delivery model is in place using RIBA stage gates, from assisting in the production of the project brief to project close out reporting - Managing third party activities to ensure efficient delivery, outstanding quality and budget is achieved within tollerances- Critiquing designs produced by third parties (drawings, designs etc.) - Preparation of programmes of work- Production of regular programme reports against programme milestones, inclusive of budget, time, risk and quality results - Leading client and contractor meetings- Undertake regular site visits, identifying any areas of concern - Managing project variations and change management administration - Advise on strategy for programme procurement including tender
