Blue Skies Recovery Addiction Treatment Wellness Centre is located in White Falls, Ontario. We are located on a beautiful scenic property where you can be surrounded by nature during your recovery. We help individuals regain the life they deserve free from their addictions. Substance abuse is a wide spread issue interfering with many individuals lives. Our professional and compassionate staff work with our clients to identify the reasons for their addictions, understand these reasons and work on coping mechanisms to help them regain a meaningful and satisfying life. Blue Skies Recovery uses the twelve-step program - a set of various guiding principles that list out a practical and hands-on method for an addict to recover from addiction, behavioral problems, or compulsion issues. In addition to the 12-step program we believe it is very important to take care of your mind, body and soul. We encourage our clients to reconnect with nature, through hikes and enjoying our serene settings here at Blue Skies. Our staff plan outings that are exciting and bring joy to our clients. We also teach a variety of coping techniques such as art & music therapy, yoga & meditation, healthy living & eating and an overall holistic approach that embraces nature during healing.
