In RM's, we look for our clients, the different RM's that they need, based on product, volume, price and specification, and we developed the different suppliers there that adjust to their needs (we operated as external purchasing department of our clients companies). In services, we developed a very ample portfolio of suppliers (around 500 suppliers) and also, according to the needs of our customers, we search for them, the best suppliers for the diverse services.Really, we were in charge to look for and to analyze those suppliers that the companies need to fulfill in time and in forms with the needs, as much manufacturing as of services.We love sourcing and more importantly, since we are highly specialized, we are getting pretty good at this!We also represent several European, American and Asian companies in Latin America.
