Blue Stone (HK) Trading Limited was established by a Chinese and a Colombian in the year 2006. We started with 4 persons in a small office and just handled Jewelry accessories. Gradually, more and more clients came and asked for our service. We began to be their purchase agency and learned how to handle the business in different articles, such as Fashion Jewelry, Toy, Christmas Light, Shoes, Watch, Glasses, Cosmetic and Daily items etc.. Our team grew up to be more than 40 persons, working in three locations to cover Chinese major markets. Our service also extended, including Supplier Investigation, Sourcing, Order Control, Logistics, Storage, Custom Cleaning and Specific Project Follow-Up. However, some problems occurred due to our lack of experience on some items. We received complaints from some clients and they claimed for the loss. It was really a gray time for us! We had to stop our steps to think about what we can do and what the client need. Our answer was to build a team that Professional, Responsible,and Honest ! Besides that, we improved the communication with the clients. We used the latest software to keep the clients to be posted on the business processing details. At the same time, the whole team learned how to focus on the specification of the goods. We tried to introduce the AQL system for the clients in the orders so that we can understand and follow their Q/C level. It was proved to be a right answer! During these years, we gained the trust and support from the clients and the suppliers. We have been successfully built the bridge between them! Before the year 2014, we just focused on one market - Colombia. Now, we are ready to grow up again. We want to open our eyes to the whole world. We want to help more oversea buyers to purchase what they are looking for in China and also we want to help the good Chinese suppliers to present their items to the whole world! This is who we are, Simple, Earnest and Honest!
