Blue Wasp Marine is an engineering consultancy specialized in wind-assisted ship propulsion. We offer expert advice, unbiased performance predictions and we make sure that operational worries are taken care of.Blue Wasp is the result of more than 10 years PhD research at the Delft University of Technology aimed at understanding and predicting the performance of wind-assisted vessels. We have developed a state-of-the-art performance prediction software that can quickly and accurately assess the response and the fuel savings of any WASP vessel. This allows us to provide our clients with an independent overview of what technology is best suited for their needs as well as a full screening of the vessel response to make sure that ship operations are under control at any time.
