The Food & Beverage [F&B] services sector has been hit hard by the Covid-19 pandemic with the lowest point coming in April 2020 with monthly business turnover for the food and beverage service sector below £1 Billion compared to over £6 Billion in July 2019. Since then the sector has started to recover as restrictions have been eased, however, turnover is still at only 70% of pre-pandemic levels. BlueDart wants to aid this recovery. We are working hard to leverage technology to build an app that helps connect the F&B sector with the consumers it most desperately wants to reach. For a lot of small hospitality businesses, unless they have a large social media following which can take either a lot of time or money to create there isn't a cost-effective method to reach and engage with new and existing customers quickly and easily. This is where BlueDart comes in, with our innovative new user app we are aiming to help answer the question "What's On?" to help users discover what's on around them and help venues drive and direct customers straight to their door. Additionally, our Venue Partners ger access to powerful tools, insights & analytics through our Venue Portal allows them to monitor, review and improve how they reach customers. A little about me.
