Bluegrass International Fund (BiF) is a private entity established for the public good, with a mission to accelerate job and economic growth. We are a private equity fund (called a "Regional Center") approved to operate within EB-5, a program established by the US government to attract foreign investment into economic development projects that result in permanent local job creation. In exchange, investors receive permanent legal US residency. We selectively source and fund real estate projects that will have economic development momentum and which will meet the requirements of the EB-5 visa program while invigorating the local economy – all at no cost to taxpayers.
