BlueMonk Technology Services is founded in 2020 by experienced professionals to gather industry and technical knowledge under one umbrella. Our initial focus is on technical solutions for the Hedge Fund industry, tapping the opportunities which are not covered/fulfilled by the traditional IT model. We are looking for businesses with problems - with IT-related operational issues or those who believe that IT can solve their problems. At BlueMonk, we think in a non-traditional way, some people may call it "magic", competitors call it "black-magic" - but we stand with business to solve it forever. While we are open for business, we are currently focussing on research and development of efficient and economical IT solutions. We acknowledge that quality comes with a cost, but we also realize that that cost is not affordable for many, especially for startup and small funds. Even for those who can afford the cost, that may not be justified because vast of it comes from the maintenance of inefficient systems or wrong foundations. Our research is to develop a fully functional, secure, and scalable IT architecture, but under an affordable class. Our flagship framework - g-aruda is an integrated, highly secure, mostly Linux based, mostly community based, customizable framework for all the application needs of a small to mid-sized fund management firm. By adopting the framework, the firm can enjoy all the benefits of having an internal application development and deployment infrastructure, but without maintaining an expensive internal technology team. Having technology in our blood, we are not limited to hedge fund frameworks. We are into hardware-driven solutions such as IoT/connected/smart solutions. We are experts in SoCs, ESP, ARM, Raspberry/Orange/Banana Pi, etc. Feel free to contact us if any interesting challenges around these. Because our current focus is on g-aruda, we don't advertise this in the front line but still keeps our eyes and ears wide open.
