It is based in Zalka-Maten, occupying 1500sqm of space which include offices, central kitchen, pastry, bakery and main storage.In just a short period, Bluemz catering has become one of the main independent contract catering companies, serving daily 3000 meals both for an educational and a government sector in additional to a beach resort occupying 500 guests and a resto-bar.Our business lines vary from providing services to private and corporate events, special occasions, canteen and weddings, where in most of them, a turnkey services is delivered covering quality catering, eye to detail housekeeping, smart reception staffing, prompt maintenance services and reliable qualified labor supply.In addition to our catering services, Bluemz catering deals with all aspects of restaurant and catering operations, offering consultancy in, startup, menu development, food styling, recruiting, and staff training.
