We have courses resulting in certificates, diplomas and advanced diplomas in management and leadership. We also run train-the-trainer programs for the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification.We can develop bespoke programs to meet client specific needs in a range of topics, including customer service, change management, project management, business planning, forecasting and scheduling, business improvement, and personal effectiveness such as interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, negotiation skills, or conflict management.Bluestone can provide RTO management services to other organisations and trainers who prefer not to become RTOs but wish to train and/or assess people in nationally recognised programs.
