Young Perspectives is a team of permanent members, as well as a unique base of casual members and volunteers. Our unique form of acquiring different volunteers called "Guerrilla Recruiting" sets up apart from all others. This term we use is to describe how we obtain our effective volunteers to help evaluate in a more local centralized matter.Young Perspectives gives you an inside look to how your young consumers are perceived and treated. We seeks to show you how to better interact with both young customers and employees. We are dedicated to providing services to businesses both small and large looking for opportunities to increase their potential for young consumers. Young Perspectives brings your company closer to millennials by analyzing and implanting both customer service and experience. Our team is focused on evaluating and improving your hospitality and customer service and experiences through a series of different avenues from analysis and recommendation to hands on coaching and training. We use a mixture of techniques from secret shopping to simply interacting with employees. Our assessments are both unique and effective. Can range in scale from 1 or two evaluators to hundreds.
